Everything is great with bacon! These sandwiches are super easy to make and even easier to eat. Perfect for picnics, school lunches or as a to-go meal.

  • 6 French Bread slices
  • 1 lb bacon slices
  • Swiss cheese slices
  • Turkey ham slices
  • Spinach

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking tray with some tin foil.

Arrange the bacon on the tray in a single layer making sure they don’t overlap.

Then, bake the bacon slices for 15 minutes until they turn nice and brown.

Remove, drip of the excess oil and let them sit on a paper towel.

Begin toasting the French bread slices on a clean pan over the stove. Once the slices have browned, remove and layer the bottom half with some spinach leaves.

Layer it with some ham, cheese slices and finally some bacon. Top it off with another slice of bread. You can even add bacon pieces on top if you like.

When the sandwich is assembled, serve and enjoy!
