  • 1 pkg Refrigerated Crescent Rolls or Biscuits
  • 5 Slices Bacon, cooked
  • 1 C Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Continue by cooking your bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain the grease on paper towels. Chop the bacon.

Open your biscuits and separate them. Press down on the top of each biscuit to make a bowl. Begin packing in the mozzarella cheese and bacon bits. Season with salt and pepper.

Set onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy.
