Bacon Cheddar Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. minced green onions
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbs. minced fresh parsley
Directions
Combine all ingredients but the parsley. Mix well and form into a ball. Roll in the parsley, so it presses into the surface. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight.
