Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

All the flavors of the indulgent burger blend together wonderfully in this casserole dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 to 5 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled) garlic powder, to taste black pepper, to taste chili powder, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Lightly brown beef and drain well. Mix all ingredients together except Mozzarella. Press mixture into small casserole dish and top with Mozzarella. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes. Cheese should be melted and lightly browned

  • we loved this recipe! it was delicious, i did have to double it due to the fact im feeding a college football player and his girlfriend then me. but it was super good! as a side note, we added bbq sauce on the top like ketchup on meatloaf. it was really good though, BE SURE IF YOU TRY THIS RECIPE, YOU ADD SPICES TO TASTE. but it was still really good, thanks recipe4living!
