Bacon Cream Sauce Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 strips bacon
- 2/3 box cooked pasta (vermicelli)
- 1 C. chicken broth
- 1 C. whipping cream
- 4 Tbs. fresh chopped basil
- fresh ground pepper
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp. Crumble into small bits and set aside. Discard all but 1 tablespoon fat from the skillet. Add chicken broth, cream, and basil. Cook over high heat until cream has thickened slightly, about 6-8 minutes. Add pasta (cooked) and mix together. Remove from heat and add bacon, ground pepper and grated Parmesan. Garnish with basil sprig.
