Bacon Mushroom Crowns
Ingredients
- 40 med. mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. bacon,cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1 C. shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 1/2 C. corn chips, crushed
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbs. onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. dry red wine
Directions
Remove mushrooms stems and chop. Combine them with remaining ingredients. Fill mushroom caps. Place on baking sheet stuffing side up. Broil 5-7 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly.
