Bacon Ranch Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 pkg. savory herb flavor stove top stuffing
- 4 T. butter
- 1 1/2 C. water
- 16 oz. white mushrooms
- ½ C. ranch dressing
- 6 slices bacon, cooked
- ⅔ C. shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare stove top stuffing according to package directions. Wipe the mushrooms clean using a damp cloth. Gently remove the stems from the mushrooms, reserving about half of the stems. Chop reserved stems into small pieces. Chop cooked bacon into small pieces. Once cooled slightly, mix the stuffing, chopped stems, bacon, and cheese in a bowl.
Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps and place the caps on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the stuffing has browned and the mushrooms have softened slightly. Serve.
