  • 2 (4 oz.) lobster tails
  • 1 lb. pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • ¾ C. clam juice
  • ¾ C. heavy cream
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

In a pot of boiling salted water, add lobster tails; boil for 5 to 7 minutes until tails curl. Drain and let cool. Use a knife to remove meat, chop, and set aside. In a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, add diced tomatoes, clam juice, cream, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes as sauce thickens. Add in shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until pink. In a greased crockpot, combine pasta, sauce, shrimp, lobster, and bacon. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, and serve.
