Serving Size / Yield
- 6 oz. bacon
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ lb. pasta of your choice
Start by cutting bacon into little strips, about 1 inch wide.
Cook bacon in a skillet and drain the fat.
Leave about a tablespoon of fat inside the skillet.
Saute the diced onion in the skillet until transparent.
Pour in the chicken broth and stir.
Add in pasta, cover, and bring everything to a boil.
Lower the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Make sure to continuously stir so pasta doesn't stick to the skillet.
After 15 minutes noodles should be done.
Turn off the heat and serve.
