Bacon Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1/4 lb. lean bacon, diced
- 3/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 C. white wine
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Cook spaghetti in boiling water until tender. While spaghetti cooks, fry bacon over low heat until it is crisp. Add cheese and wine to beaten eggs. Drain spaghetti and return it to the pot. Pour egg mixture over the hot spaghetti. Add pepper and 2 Tbs. of hot bacon fat. Stir. Transfer to a hot platter and garnish with bacon.
