  • 1 lb. applewood smoked bacon slices, cut in half
  • 5 oz. blue cheese
  • 1 tsp. heavy cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb. pitted dates

In a bowl, whisk the cheese, cream, and salt and pepper. When the mixture is fluffy, spoon into a zip-top bag and snip the end off. Pipe into the pitted date. Wrap a half-slice of bacon around the date. Use a toothpick to secure the dates. 

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp. Flip the dates halfway through for even browning.
