Bacon Wrapped Chicken and Cheese

- 1lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 4 pieces
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese with chives
- ¼ cup pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 8 pieces of bacon
Preheat the oven to 375 and lightly grease a baking sheet. Pound the chicken breasts to about ¼ inch thickness. In a bowl, mix together the cheeses and green onion. Add the mixture to the middle of each piece of chicken. Roll the chicken breast up and then wrap 2 pieces of bacon around the chicken. Use a toothpick, or two, to secure the roll. Place the chickens on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Broil the chicken for about 5 minutes to make the bacon crispy.
