  • 8 large ears sweet corn, no husks
  • 8 bacon strips
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Wrap each ear of corn with a strip of bacon. Place them each on oven safe foil and sprinkle with chili powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper and wrap them up. Grill the corn in foil over medium for 20 minutes. Once the bacon is cooked, serve the corn.
