Preheat your oven to 375°F . In a large skillet, fry bacon until soft and transparent. Remove and drain on paper towels. Line each cup in a muffin tin with a strip of bacon. Crack an egg in the center of each muffin cup, adding salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15 minutes, watching for egg whites and yolks to set. Use a small spatula to remove from muffin cups and serve.
