Bacon-Wrapped Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

- 12 slices of bacon
- Fresh mozzarella, rolled into balls
- 12 fresh paprika peppers
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. cook the bacon in a frying pan until it’s just about done (it should be safe to eat, but not too crispy to wrap). Slice the fresh mozzarella and wrap the bacon around it. Place on a baking sheet alongside the peppers and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Skewer with a toothpick and the fresh paprika.
