  • 1 32-ounce pack of frozen tater tots
  • 2 pounds of sliced bacon
  • 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese

Let the tater tots rest on the counter until defrosted and at room temperature so that when you bake them, they will cook all the way through.
Preheat your oven to 350F
Lay out the tater tots on a parchment-lined baking tray, making sure they are evenly spaced.
Cut your bacon slices in half before frying them in a skillet over medium heat. Make sure the slices are cooked through, but still flexible so you can wrap the tater tots. Place on paper towels to drain.
Take your cheddar cheese and cut it into ¼ inch squares before laying one cheese slice on each tater tot.
Once the bacon is drained, wrap each tater tot in a half-slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Bake the wrapped tots for 30 minutes, or until the bacon is completely crisp.
Plate and serve!
