  • 2 bagels
  • 1 ½ teaspoons basil
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the two bagels in half and then cut each half bagel into about 12 smaller pieces. Mix together the olive oil, basil, and cheese. Coat the bagel pieces in the oil and spread the bagel pieces on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Toss croutons over a salad.
