  • 1 T. thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ C. heavy cream
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, toss potato slices with butter, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together cream cheese and heavy cream. In a greased baking dish, layer potatoes and cream mixture; top with Parmesan and bake for 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
