Baked Asparagus with Feta

Ingredients
- 4 Tbs. olive oil
- 16 oz. asparagus, raw
- 1 C. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 C. raw tomatoes
- 1/3 C. feta cheese
- Pinch of thyme
- Pinch of oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pour 2 Tbs. of olive oil in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, reserving the rest for later. Break the asparagus into 2" pieces. Line the bottom of the pan with the asparagus, sprinkling the chopped onion on top. Next, layer the chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Top with crumbled feta. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
