Baked Brie with Apple Topping

Ingredients
- 1 lg. Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 C. pecan pieces
- 1/3 C. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. Kahlua
- one 2-lb. wheel brie, rind left on
Directions
Mix apple with pecans, brown sugar and Kahlua. Set aside. Place brie in shallow, oven-proof dish; top with apple mixture. Bake at 325 degrees 10-15 minutes, or until topping is bubbly and cheese is softened. Serve with lavosh or warm crackers.
