Baked Brie with Apricot
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. brie wedge
- 2 Tbs. apricot preserves
- 1/4 C. sliced almonds
- 1 Tbs. triple sec
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place brie in a baking dish, top with apricot preserves and almonds, and pour triple sec over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for about 13 minutes or until cheese has begun to melt. Remove from oven and serve with crackers.
