Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 cup steak sauce
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose seasoning
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • ½ tomato, onion, and pickle, sliced
  • 4 slices of cheese of your choosing
  • Fries:
  • 4 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
  • 4 tablespoons good olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic

Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl, mix the steak sauce and 2 tbsp of all-purpose seasoning. Crumble ground beef into mixture and mix until completely combined.
Then, shape each patty about 3-4 inches wide and dip both sides of patties in remaining seasoned mixture.
Place patties on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Be sure to turn over patties half way through baking.
When fully cooked, remove, add slices of cheese and let cool.
Fries:
Raise the heat to 400F.

Clean the potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, then cut each half in thirds lengthwise. You should have 6 long wedges from each potato. Place the wedges on a sheet pan and drizzle and sprinkle the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary. With clean hands, toss all the ingredients together, making sure the wedges are coated.

Bake the potatoes for 30 to 35 minutes and turning to the other cut side after 20 minutes. Bake until they are lightly browned and add with salt.
Finish burger by placing it on a bun and topping with all fresh condiments. Wait 5 minutes for fries to cool and enjoy.
