- 1 - 2 buttercup squash
- ½ C apples
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp butter
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon

Directions
First, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place the squash on a baking sheet. Mix together the apples, brown sugar, butter, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a small baking dish and spoon into the squash.
Bake the squash for 40 minutes until it’s tender and the filling is bubbling. Serve with your other favorite fall dishes.
