Baked Carrots Wrapped In Prosciutto

- 1 lb. carrots
- 1/2 lb. prosciutto, sliced thinly
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each carrot. Line a pan with foil and smear it lightly with olive oil. Arrange the wrapped carrots and place in oven to cook. After five minutes, turn the carrots around. Let them cook for another 5 minutes or until prosciutto is slightly crisped.
