  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1/4 C. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp . vanilla
  • 2 C. dark sweet cherries, pitted

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 8-inch square baking dish. Beat eggs, milk, flour, sugar and vanilla with a whisk until smooth. Spread cherries inside baking dish and pour batter over them. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
