Baked Chicken, Potatoes, and Squash

- 2 Butternut Squash, Chopped
- 2 Large Potatoes, Chopped
- 1 Red Onion
- 3 Chicken Drumsticks
Start by pealing and chopping the squash, potatoes, and onions.
Boil potatoes and squash in a pot of water until tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place squash, potatoes, and onions in the shallow baking dish.
Clean chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Place on top of vegetables.
Add a little water to the pan and bake on 350 covered for 30 minutes.
Then uncover and bake for another 30 minutes until chicken juices run clear.
