Baked Chicken Reuben
Ingredients
- 4 Whole boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. sauerkraut drained
- 4 to 6 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 1/4 C. of bottled Thousand Island dressing
- 1 Tbs. chopped parsley
Directions
Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle salt and pepper, put sauerkraut on top of chicken, top with the Swiss cheese. Pour the Thousand Island dressing over cheese. Cover with foil and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Add parsley on top.
