  • 16 oz penne pasta, cooked & drained
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 cups cooked chicken sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cups milk
  • ΒΌ cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, toss the pasta, chicken and broccoli together. Mix milk, cream, butter, and 1 C. parmesan cheese. Pour mixture over pasta in large bowl and mix all ingredients, thoroughly together. Transfer to a 2.5 qt. casserole dish. Cover with sliced tomatoes and remaining cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
