Baked Chicken with Creamy Mustard Sauce

Add some honey, Dijon, chicken broth, garlic and low fat cream cheese together to make this sauce and pour over your chicken and you will be in heaven.

  • 1 1/2 C. water
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 C. chicken broth
  • 1- 3 oz. package low fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • Cooked pasta of your choice

Bake or grill chicken until thoroughly cooked. While the chicken is cooking, blend together all the sauce ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour the mixture into

a saucepan and cook until thickened and hot; stir occasionally. To serve, place the cooked chicken over the prepared pasta and top with the sauce.
