  • ½ stick of butter, sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • ½ C. garlic powder
  • 3 C. carrots, sliced
  • 2 C. brussels srpouts, trimmed and sliced
  • 8 chicken legs

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover the bottom of a baking pan with the sliced butter. Add in the chicken legs after they have been washed. Add in the sliced red onions and sliced carrots over the top. Add in the prepared brussels srpouts. Sprinkle the garlic powder evenly over the dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
