  • 8-10 oz. lean ham, cubed
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C. peppers
  • 12-14 eggs
  • 1 1/4 C. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp. pepper, to taste
