Baked Cinnamon and Honey Glazed Carrots

- 8 carrots, peeled and sliced lengthwise
- 3 T olive oil
- ¼ C honey
- Salt to taste
- 1 T cinnamon
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange carrots on a covered baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Next, coat the carrots in honey, and season with salt and cinnamon. Bake carrots for 40 minutes until they’re tender. Remove from oven and serve with your favorite fall dishes.
