  • Cake:
  • ½ C. buttermilk
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 2 C. flour
  • 3 C. frozen cranberries
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ C. butter, softened
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. orange extract
  • 1 egg
  • Glaze:
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. orange extract
  • 2 T. orange marmalade
  • 3 T. milk
  • 2 C. powder sugar

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a cake pan. In a medium sized bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add in the cream, butter, butter milk, extracts and egg. Add in the cranberries. Transfer the batter into the greased cake pan. Let it cook for 30-35 minutes. Combine the glaze ingredients. Pour the glaze over the cake. Serve and enjoy.
