  • 1 Tbs. sesame oil
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 2 bags coleslaw mix
  • 6 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 20 count egg roll skins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat sesame oil in large pot. Add remaining ingredients except for egg roll skins. Cook until turkey is brown. Set up each egg roll with filling and cold water. Spray casserole dish with vegetable spray. Place rolls on dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
