Baked Egg Rolls

- 2 C. frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed
- 2 Tbs. Hoisin Sauce
- 1 (17.3 oz.) puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Uncover and place pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut each sheet into 4 squares. Mix vegetables and sauce in a medium bowl. Spoon 1/4 C. mixture on the lower third of the square. Fold 2 sides over filling and roll up. Place the filled pastries seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush pastries with beaten egg. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
