Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 7-oz. pkg. spreading cheese, sliced
  • 1 2 1/2-lb. walleyed pike, halibut or perch
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 C. milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place onion and half the cheese in cavity of fish. Place remaining cheese on top of fish. Add remaining ingredients in milk and pour over fish. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
