  • 1 box cavatappi noodles
  • 3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 C. shredded gruyere cheese
  • 2 C. shredded asiago cheese
  • 2 C. shredded fontina cheese
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 C. milk
  • 3 T. flour
  • 3 T. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a casserole dish.
Cook cavatappi noodles according to box directions.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk in flour and milk. Stir in onion powder and then bring the pot to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes then whisk in half of the cheeses. Add noodles to the pan then add the rest of the cheese and stir. Pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is golden on top.
