Baked Halibut

Ingredients
- 4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 sm. onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbs. chopped parsley
- 4 anchovy filets, chopped
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 4 slices halibut, 1-inch thick
Directions
Grease a casserole, place it in half the sliced potatoes, sprinkle with half the onion, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, anchovies and oil. Place fish slices over potatoes and cover with remaining potatoes and other ingredients. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve in casserole.
