Baked Ham and Spinach Omelet
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 tsp butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp ice water
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sharp American cheese
Heat butter in a medium sized non stick fry pan to medium heat.
Beat eggs and ice water together, pour into heated pan. Allow eggs to cook through so then add ham, spinach, salt and pepper, and cheese on one side of egg mixture. Fold over the remaining side of egg and cover for 3 minutes.
