  • 4 Tbs. oats, heaped
  • 10 oz. milk
  • 2 Tbs. raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tsp. honey

Halve the apple and scoop out the flesh and discard the core. Leave about 1/4 in. apple around the edge. Put the apple flesh, minus the core, in a small saucepan with the oats, milk, raisins, and cinnamon. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes over medium heat, or until the oats and apple have cooked down.

Spoon the oat mixture into the apple shells and put them on a baking tray. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. The apple should be soft, but still holding its shape. Drizzle them with honey and serve hot.
