  • 1 ham
  • 1 ¼ C. brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/3 C. honey
  • 1/3 C. pineapple juice
  • ¾ C. orange juice
  • 2 T. Dijon mustard

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Transfer the ham into a roasting pan and place the ham into the oven. In a saucepan, add the brown sugar, ground cloves, honey, pineapple juice, orange juice and Dijon mustard. Let is simmer for about 5 minutes. Set to the side. Remove ham from the oven after 2 hours and brush the glaze over the ham. Place it back into the oven for 1 hour. Slice and enjoy!
