  • 1 Tbs. lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • French fries, as needed
  • Lemon, as needed
  • Tartar sauce, as needed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

After washing fillets, rub both sides with lemon pepper and salt. Place salmon in baking dish. Coat in olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.

In a skillet, follow bag instructions for french fries. Serve together on plate. Include tartar sauce for dipping.
