  • 2 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni
  • 2 C. skim milk
  • 2 C. chicken broth
  • 2 C. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 C. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 C. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 C. light cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/8 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 C. bread crumbs

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Mix macaroni, milk and chicken broth. Add remaining ingredients, except the bread crumbs, and mix with wooden spoon. Pour in a very large casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Turn oven broiler on for the last few minutes to brown the top part of the casserole.
