  • ½ lb. macaroni pasta
  • ¼ C. flour
  • 2 ½ C. milk
  • 3 C. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp. dry mustard
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Cook the macaroni pasta as instructed on the package. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a saucepan, over medium heat add in the butter. Add in the flour, milk, smoked paprika, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Remove from heat once mixture thickens. Add in the cheese and mix. Drain the macaroni and combine it with the saucepan mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle bacon bites and green onions over the top if desired. Serve and enjoy.
