  • 1 box spaghetti noodles
  • 4 C. broccoli florets
  • ½ C. butter
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 2 C. milk
  • 2 ½ C. cheddar cheese
  • 2 C. parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • Dash of salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions, add in broccoli during the last 4 minutes then drain.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt and flour then milk. Bring to a boil then stir for about 2 minutes, until thick.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Put the noodles and broccoli in a casserole dish then pour the cheese over. Bake for about 25 minutes.
