  • 3-4 large potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place wedges into a large bowl and drizzle on olive oil. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the dressing, garlic powder and salt. Sprinkle onto wedges the cheese and then add on dressing mixture. Bake wedges in oven for 25 to 35 minutes. Once golden brown, let cool and eat with a side of ranch dressing to dip into!
