  • 2 C. radiator pasta, uncooked
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 3/4 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 C. ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 C. spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 C. pork, cubed

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Follow package directions to cook pasta. Drain and return to sauce pan. Stir in eggs and cook over medium low heat until eggs are set. Stir in salt, pepper, basil, oregano and rosemary. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Dot with ricotta cheese. Spread with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with ham. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
