  • 4 C. orecchiette pasta, cooked al dente
  • 2-3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 3 C. Brussels Sprouts, cut and trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ C. Parmesan
  • 2 C. alfredo cheese sauce

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Heat a skillet on medium-high heat with the olive oil and cook the Brussels to crisp them a little. Pour all of the ingredients in a prepared baking dish and top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake the dish for 35 minutes and serve!
