Baked Pineapple Casserole

A warm and tropical dessert that really hits the spot

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 C. butter
  • 1 C. white toast cubed

Directions

Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar, vanilla and flour together. Sauté toast cubes in melted butter until golden brown. Add toast cubes to mixture. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
