These are a much healthier approach to eating crunchy potato chips. Plus they are so easy to make. Dip these in veggie dip or try hummus.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Split 3 whole pita pockets in half horizontally. Cut each round into 8 pieces. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.

Yield: 48 chipsĀ
